🚚 Shipping Policy — Mahalo

Thank you for shopping with Mahalo! We’re committed to ensuring your order arrives quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged.


📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders or temporary product delays, we’ll notify you promptly by email.


✈️ Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (within the United States):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us at support@mahalosupplement.com.


🕊️ Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.


💌 Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and selected service.


📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

Mahalo is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@mahalosupplement.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items or packaging — we’ll work quickly to resolve it.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Check your mailbox, porch, or delivery area.

Ask neighbors or your local postal carrier.

If still missing after 48 hours, email us and we’ll help you file a claim or replacement when possible.


🏝️ Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Orders placed during extreme weather or heat events may be delayed slightly to protect product integrity (we’ll notify you if this occurs).

We use recyclable and minimal packaging materials whenever possible to reduce environmental impact — because caring for your wellbeing starts with caring for the planet.
